As comfortable on state and local advisory boards as he is on downhill mountain bike trails and black-diamond ski slopes, Dr. David White is a modern-day jack-of-all-trades when it comes to extracurricular activities and professional affiliations. Dr. White is about efficiency – both in and out of his dental practices – and it is this dedication to time management and efficiency that allows him to maintain such an active hand across so many facets of Nevada society – including state and local politics, education, community outreach and more!

Dr. White has served as the youngest-ever Chairman of the Council of Governmental Affairs for the American Dental Association (ADA), and he currently serves as the ADA’s Delegate Council on Government Affairs. He has maintained an active involvement with the ADA for nearly 20 years, and through mentorship and student advising, has helped more than 700 students across the United States earn admission into dental school. Dr. White also serves as co-chair for the National Dental Association (NDA) Council on Government Affairs, and for more than the past 10 years, has built relationships with various members of the Nevada state legislature.

More recently, Dr. White served as an advisor for the City of Reno’s COVID Reopening Task Force, and also currently serves on the Advisory Committee for the University of Nevada’s Department of Science.
